Eugene and Springfield Dental Plan

McKenzie Dental Center accepts most insurances and maximizes your benefits!

No insurance? No problem! McKenzie Dental offers a cost-effective dental plan for the Eugene and Springfield, Oregon community:

• 1 Patient = $350 Yearly
• 2 Patients = $550 Yearly (or $750 for addition of a perio patient)
• 3 Patients = $750 Yearly
• Each Additional Patient is $150

Payments is due day of service and cannot be combined with Care Credit. Dental plan is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Plan can be extended to immediate family in the same household only. Addition of family members must be done day of purchase.

• New Patient Exam
• Full Mouth X-Ray
• Pano
• Bitewing X-Ray
• Two Routine Exams
• Two Routine Cleanings
• Two Fluoride Treatments
• Free Consultation with Orthodontist
• 15% off Additional Treatment

Failed Appointment Policy: Our in-office plan solely benefits our patients. If more than one appointment is failed or cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice, the missed appointment will count towards one of the two cleanings given each year.
